CLASP Events

This session is led by Nordic Heat and will focus on systems, solutions and services to optimize the economic viability and perceived comfort of district heating technologies – and how can this be done while securing efficient and reliable management and control of delivery of heat.

There will be a particular focus on short term solutions to increase Delta T, thereby significantly reducing the total capex required for the heat network.

You’re invited to come and meet with CLASP, the Environment Agency, Businesses in the Community, United Utilities, and other partners who have been working together to explore potential for a new school-led approach to surface water management.

In 2016 this project developed a tool for schools to assess their potential to reduce surface-water charges by installation of Sustainable Drainage (SUDS) measures.  It also identified a high potential for savings and benefits at a programme-scale across Greater Manchester.
