A unique pack of 10 briefings designed to help NW Local Authorities and LSPs develop Action Plans for reducing per capita CO2 emissions.

During consultations with NW Local Authorities there was a very strong demand for a list of what works and what order to do it in. Value for money, calculating CO2 emissions reductions, and real-life case studies were also important and these have been emphasised throughout. 

(This resource was developed with NI 186 in mind, but its content is still relevant to all Local Authority carbon reduction work.)
