The Climate Just website and map tool was launched in February 2015 and has had well over 10,000 visitors since. Some 200 people participated in user testing and preview events before the launch.

This new training and development programme aims to increase the number of people who are comfortable in using and applying the tool in practice to help reduce the risks to vulnerable groups.

The free training encompasses one hour introductory webinars and three hour group training sessions (morning and afternoon) at locations throughout England over the winter months:

• London (City Hall) - 19th November
• Plymouth (Council House) - 27th November
• Manchester Metropolitan University - 15th December
• Nottingham (University of Nottingham) - 16th December
• Birmingham (University of Birmingham) - 7th January
• Leeds Beckett University - 8th January
• Brighton (University of Brighton) - Jan/Feb, date tbc

Other dates may be added according to demand.
