This report contains:

• Resource assessment and deployment capacities for every Lancashire Local Authority for 2020 & 2030
• Local implementation of DECC methodology
• Lessons for all authorities on the pros, cons and pitfalls of target setting 

This project was led by Lancashire County Council on behalf of all Lancashire District Councils, with delivery by SQW.  The project was awarded a CLASP project support grant in 2011/12.
